What is new?
- Import GeoPDF DPI setting has been added to configure program under the System tab to give users the ability to set a custom DPI for imported GeoPDFs. #4343
- Atlas 3.1 now functions properly with Atlas 3.2 mapfiles and geos to offer seamless workflow interactions between the two application versions. #4348
- Print preview has been reworked and optimized for a smoother user experience and overall better functionality.
What has been fixed?
- When a corrupted layer is loaded into Atlas, Atlas now opens a prompt to offer to remove the layer from the geo instead of freezing the application. #3481
- Bug causing Atlas to crash due to an expired login token has been resolved. #4272
- Atlas crash stemming from Windows 11 contrast settings has been resolved. #4292
- Multiple bugs related to the hover tool have been resolved. #4289, #4327
- Freehand object functionality bugs and mapfile saving have been fixed. #3524, #4358
- Thematic value ordering now correctly saves and displays as such in the layer tree/legend. #4382
- Splitting a point no longer converts that point to its own layer. #4383
- Popup window optimizations to improve window management have been made. #4385
Printing specific updates:
- Improved loading response times when working with the print preview while an ortho or webmap layer is on in the background. #3827
- Right click context menu editing options have been added and optimized to the map element. #4408
- Updates to how the application handles different Window’s scale settings are now implemented. #2607, #3183, #3186, #4353, #4375, #4415
- The majority of preexisting issues with the window scale percentage have been resolved, most notable being with the print preview legend display.
- Though setting the Window’s scale to anything other than 100% will still causes a few visual issues with text boxes.
- The default PLT ‘neat line’ has been removed to avoid new user confusion while trying to select map elements. #4422
